This is a one of kind Barry Lyndon T Shirt from the Stanley Kubrick film, Barry Lyndon, screen printed with Timeless Black ink and available only at Apparelsphere.
At the time, an under-appreciated film by the master, Stanley Kubrick. He had wanted to do a film on Napoleon Bonaparte after 2001: A Space Odyssey but couldn't secure funding for it at the time and instead ended up making A Clockwork Orange in 1971. His film after Clockwork became Barry Lyndon, released in 1975, and was based on the 1844 novel "The Luck Of Barry Lyndon" by William Makepeace Thackeray. This ultimately became the period film he had always wanted to make complete with several duels to the death.
Not a commercial success at the time it nevertheless won four Oscars and is now considered one of Stanley Kubrick's best movies.
This scene, along with several others, are perhaps my favorite of the scenes from Stanley Kubrick's masterpiece, "Barry Lyndon." It is perhaps the most beautiful film ever created.
Stanley Kubric...This scene, along with several others, are perhaps my favorite...
